Shipping Information:

The AwareHouse will do everything possible to ship your order the day we receive your payment. In addition to your order confirmation, we will also email you a shipping tracking number if your order was shipped via UPS or another method that provides us with tracking information. We will do our best to ship anywhere in the world, however there will be some added shipping charges and/or delays due to your location. IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM EUROPE OR ASIA PLEASE EXPECT AN AVERAGE OF ONE MONTH DELIVERY TIME.

Payment options:

We are predominantly focused on using the very efficient "PAY PAL" service. They accept major credit cards. We are not equipped to accept checks or money orders for mail-order transactions. For your own protection, please DO NOT send any credit card information by e-mail. Thank you.

International Shipping:

The Awarehouse is currently able to ship books, CDs, DVDs, VHS videos, vinyl records, and select items to international addresses in most countries.

Our BASE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE anywhere outside of North America starts at $11.00 US Dollars.

Also, be aware that your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

Please allow AT LEAST 3 weeks for orders outside of North America.

Customer guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, contact us with details. We'll do our best to make it right.

Our Returns Policy:

You may return most items for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the date of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION - unopened, able to be re-sold and accompanied by a copy of your invoice. All returns are upon our discretion. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your invoice will indicate where you need to send your return.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. NO Vinyl Records can be returned for refund.
Any CD or DVD tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
